The room

A small bar, a short list, a long evening.

The Copper Hour is a low-lit room with a short drinks list and a long memory. The cocktails are honest — classics done properly, with a few of our own thrown in. The beer rotates. The wine is chosen, not bought. Come early, stay late, the music is low enough to talk over.

No reservations after eight — pull up a stool.

Have a look around.

Low light, low tables, the kind of place you stay longer than you meant to.
